Creamy mushroom soup served with ciabatta bread.

Rack of Lamb Served with pumpkin croquettes, green beans and caramelized onion. An apple chilli & mint sauce on the side.

Pascale Gagiano prepares French dishes paired with Foxwood Vineyards wines Chenin Blanc and Shiraz. She exhibits her artistic take on Paris and Johannesburg in photographic art and sells her range of trendy French cooler bags for wines.
Her menu for a light and varied supper (with Foxwood Vineyards wine at R150) :
Croustade poulet/champignons; Paté en croute; Le petit bleu á la poire; Mini fuit tarte; Fondant au Chocolat; Mini éclairs choch / café.

Starter
Grilled Calamari on roquette leaves, drizzled with a herb, lemon & olive oil sauce.

Bobotie Spring rolls served with a fruity home-made Foxwood Chutney and a chilli sauce on the side.
Main
Fettucini with a lemon and butter sauce, seared Salmon and Grilled Prawns. Served with grated Parmesan cheese. A vegetarian option of Pesto sauce, Roasted Nuts and Baked Rosa Tomatoes is also available.

Grilled Beef Fillet, served with a Mushroom or Mustard sauce, and Crispy French fries.
Dessert
Brownies drizzled with caramel dessert sauce . Topped with Vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with chopped pecan nut.

Lunch prepared on the patio: by writer, actor and celebrity chef Lochner de Kock, who prepares 2 dishes on the patio (weather permitting!) as perfect accompaniment to the Foxwood Vineyards Chenin Blanch and Shiraz.
Lochner’s Chenin Blanc dish: Roquettte leaves with chicken, beetroot,chilli, nuts, lime and coriander in a rice paper wrap. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
Served with a glass of Chenin Blanc.
